B&B Hotel Derby

The rainfall shower was amazing, but the room had water stains on the ceiling.

The location was particularly good and perfect for weekend in Derby.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

All nice, everything you need for the weekend. The location is marvellous and easy, close to derby county stadium. And it's nestled in a modern building next to local activities and food, hill, and the train station.

Very rich breakfast buffet. Quiet location, comfortable rooms.

Tiled floor broken in the shower. Huge puddle of water that does not run off.

The breakfast was very good! Pride Park Sadion is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. . Reminds me of the hotels of the Motel-One chain.

Clean and contemporary I didn't like the bar prices especially Also felt the breakfast buffet poorly stocked and poor value for money Nowhere visible was the breakfast price displayed, implying you were embarrassed to charge ten quid for that!!

Modern design, excellent bathroom/shower. Overall style is clean and modern. Staff were very professional and friendly.

Facilities such as movies-on-demand came at an extra price, and the promotion of sky channels was misleading as the only sky channels that were included were Sky News, Russia today, e4 and CBeebies. These limitations were not made clear on the hotel's website. Food was also excessively expensive (a simple sandwich costed £5, although far below par to that of london's finest).

The hotel was very welcoming, clean and quiet in the rooms.

Breakfast was cold and presentation and appearance was poor .also prices at the bar were very very expensive,and as we only booked for one night we were glad as we would not have afforded another in the bar, we also noticed that we were the only ones drinking in the bar. We were told that the hotel was a lot busier than normal so we presume people ate and drank elsewhere because of the prices.we will try your hotels again thank you for asking about our stay regards john and margaret

The breakfast was genuinely outstanding with a fantastic selection, and the stylish bar area created a lively atmosphere for our group. the pillows were disappointingly flat and didn't match the hotel's otherwise high standard.

Extractor fan in bathroom did not work, so mirror in bathroom constantly misted up. Hand soap dispenser at side of bathroom sink was empty.

clean friendly and very helpfull also close to rail links.

All the staff were extremely helpful and obliging, which made our stay a pleasure.

The led bedside reading lights were a bit too glaring. In order to get the right balance of light you needed to have the room lights on and these could not be switched on/off individually.

Clean room, comfortable bed with fairly soft pillows, complemented by the excellent quality of breakfast that provided a good start to each day during my two-night stay while having the convenience of 24-hour reception just a few steps away from the central railway station.

All was good.
